Therapy Types at Sunrise House

Addiction Treatment Types

Our comprehensive medical and psychosocial assessments at admission help us understand the client’s addiction history and any ongoing medical conditions to consider when planning treatment. The client, primary therapist, and our clinical team collaborate to design his or her individualized treatment plan. We use a client-focused approach and emphasize the client’s personal strengths, goal-setting preferences, and therapeutic needs to prepare for an addiction-free life of improved health and self-directed life. To make sure we stay on target, our team looks at the treatment plan periodically to adjust if necessary.

The Effects of Not Getting Help

When contemplating the costs of addiction treatment for yourself, child, or loved one, it’s imperative to consider what the monetary cost of supporting an addiction is in comparison to that of entering treatment. It’s also essential to explore what the physical and psychological toll a substance abuse issue can have on the body and mind compared to that of a healthy, well balanced individual. All of these costs are compounded as they apply not only to the individual suffering from an addiction but to family, friends, neighbors and members of society that are exposed to it.

What would happen if the substance abuse or addiction continued as they are now?

Contact Sunrise House, and we will help you or your loved one get the treatment needed to stop the dangerous, progressive effects of addiction.
