American Addiction Centers (AAC), the parent company of Sunrise House Treatment Center, is accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), holding the highest rating the organization offers: A+.

Accreditation and Licensing
Sunrise House is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
As a CARF-accredited rehabilitation program, we can be counted on to provide the gold standard of patient care. Health on the Net (HON) has certified Sunrise House’s website, stating that we have met their Code of Conduct. This is a big deal for medical content online. HON is a non-profit that is not affiliated with any government whose goal is to make sure any medical or healthcare information available online is accurate and trustworthy. New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agencies
We are a proud member of the New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agencies (NJAMHAA), an organization who promotes the best quality treatment providers of behavioral health services in the state. Per the NJAMHAA website, the organization “is comprised of the leading mental healthcare and substance use treatment providers who treat New Jersey residents with mental illness, addictions or co-occurring disorders, as well as the families of these individuals.” The organization acts as an advocate for individuals who are struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders who “have no voice of their own.” NJAMHAA works to be an advocate and push for legislative changes that allow for access to quality treatment for those who need it.
